ROCKER

Rocker — also known as “reverse camber” — makes riding easier and gives the snowboard a “skate” feeling. The first thing you’ll notice is that turns become much easier and quicker. It’s easier to go into presses than a classic camber snowboard, which is great for learning flat tricks. Another big advantage is that it floats really well in powder.

TWIN TIP

The width and length of the nose and tail are the same. Inserts and stance are perfectly centered without being set back. This allows you to ride equally well with either your right (goofy) or left (regular) foot forward. In summary, everything on the snowboard is symmetrical.

WOODCORE

A full poplar wood core provides the snowboard with optimal riding characteristics and long durability. The core runs the entire length of the snowboard from tip to tail, ensuring genuine riding pleasure.

SIDEWALL

A sandwich construction where the snowboard edge is protected by ABS material beveled at a 30° angle. This ensures perfect power transfer to the edges for better control in turns and significantly increases the board’s durability.

• Twin-Tip – The essence of park board shape. Equal distance from nose and tail allows riding in both natural and switch directions.
• Woodcore – All HATCHEY snowboards are made with a 100% poplar wood core.
• Biax Laminates – The most commonly used lamination method, giving the snowboard quality pop and light torsional flex. This makes the board easy to turn and fun to ride on slopes and in the park.
• Sidewall – Greatly protects the edges and is more resistant to damage.
• Micro Inserts – Inserts are placed in a 4 × 2 cm pattern, allowing more precise stance adjustment.
• Extruded Base – Easily repairable and low-maintenance base.
